Topics covered in the course

UNDERSTANDING YOUR PCOS

Understanding PCOS is the first step to managing your symptoms and improving your health.

We will discuss diagnosis, PCOS types, common symptoms, and treatment options.

PCOS NUTRITION

Gain clarity on how certain foods can impact PCOS symptoms and learn how to incorporate certain foods to help balance hormones and blood sugar levels that contribute to PCOS symptoms.

We will discuss food groups, break down food myths (aka carbs are not the enemy!), and learn how to balance your plate for PCOS.

MINDSET SHIFT

With our Intuitive Eating Approach to PCOS nutrition counseling, we help you break free from restrictive diets and develop a more positive relationship with food. By shifting your mindset away from guilt and toward gentle nutrition, we guide you toward healthier habits that work for your individual body and lifestyle.

We will cover the principles of intuitive eating, understand eating behaviours, and begin the process of connecting to your body cues.

LIFESTYLE

Discover ways to improve your lifestyle and manage PCOS symptoms focusing on key areas such as exercise, stress management, self-care, and supplementation.

We will discuss type and frequency of exercise, stress management strategies, and the importance of self-care for PCOS.
